Describe the location of the project as prescribed in the former project for environmental remediation when there are changes in the natural, socio-economic objects around the area directly affected by the project, accompanied by the map of their geographic locations with clear annotate.
5. The natural environment quo status and economic social factors in the project area (up until the point of planning the supplement al-ternative for environmental remediation).
 
Chapter 2. SOLUTIONS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION
1. Changes in the project content
Describe in details the reasons and content of what changes in the project up until the point of planning the supplement al-ternative for environmental remediation
2. Work items of environmental remediation
- Describe the undertaken work items of environmental remediation (if any);
- Describe the unchanged work items of environmental remediation in the ratified project;
- Indicate details of environmental remediation projects; the list and amount of the work items and changes in comparison with the ratified project
Chapter 3.
COST ESTIMATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION
1. Expenditure for environmental remediation and the order of signing fund
- For work items of environmental remediation partly confirmed, organizations and individuals exclude these work items with detail explanation when calculating the fund to sign;
- Re-estimate the fund to sign for the work items without finishing confirmation and the ones with changes in solutions, unit price at the time of planning the supplement al-ternative. The cost estimation is similar as prescribed in this circular.
- Total amount of the fund to sign in the supplement al-ternative equals the total amount of the fund to sign for all work items minus the signed amount. The annual fund to sign in the supplement al-ternative is defined as in this circular.
2. Action plans
Divide the action plan each year and stage of environmental remediation, managing and monitoring program while remediating the environment; plans to check and confirm finishing supplement al-ternatives.

Article 3. The project owner’s liabilities:
1. Set, ratify and publicly trade the environmental management plan of the project before implementing as prescribed in the law.
2. Seriously fulfill requests on protecting the environment and the conditions stated in the Clause 2, 3 in Article 1 of this Decision and take other responsibilities by law on protecting the environment.
3. Report to the state administrations the results of performing the environmental protection projects to get tested, confirmed as completed before officially taking the project into operation as prescribed in the law on environment protection (only apply for the projects in column 4 Appendix II, Decree No. /2015/NĐ-CP).
4. In the process of implementing, if there is any changes in comparison with Clause 1, 2 Article 1 in this Decision, the project owner must send document to report and can perform these changes only after receiving the approval f-rom (1)
5. In the process of environmental remediation, seriously obey the prescription of protecting the environment and of informing and reporting on implementing the environmental remediation as ratified in this Decision and Circular No. 38/2015/TT-BTNMT dated June 30^th 2015 by Minister of Natural Resources and Environment.
Article 4. The Decision of Ratifying environment impact assessment report in project is the basis for authorities to consider and decide the next steps of the project as prescribed in Article 25 in the law on environment protection
Article 5. Project of environmental remediation/ Project of environmental remediation and the mandatory requirements in Article 2 and 3 in this Decision are the basis for the managing government authorities to inspect, check and confirm the fund signing and environmental remediation.
Article 6. Delegate (8) to check and supervise the implementation of environmental protection in the environment impact assessment report; of environmental remediation in the project ratified; and environmental protection in the process of environmental prescribed in this Decision.
Article 7. This Decision shall come into force on its signing date.
