4. Confirming projects to simply protect the environment under the authority of Department of Natural Resources and Environment
4.1. Procedures
- Step 1: Organizations and individuals prepare files to register the project of environmental protection under the authority of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, send them to The one-stop shop, Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
The one-stop shop receive them and write file receiving note, register, up-date at File to track the solve process, and move them to the Branch of environmental protection to deal with as prescribed.
- Step 2: Within a maximum period of 06 working days f-rom the date of receiving the valid files, Branch of environmental protection shall direct the leader of Department to consider and confirm the registered environmental protection plan. In case the files do not have enough conditions to be confirmed,  organizations and individuals should be notified clearly about the reasons by documents.
- Step 3: Department of Natural Resources and Environment shall send confirming paper accompanied by a environment protection plan for the organizations, individual (through The one-stop shop, Department of Natural Resources and Environment), People’s Committee of the district deploying the project; send confirming paper to People’s Committee of the commune deploying the project, industrial area Managing Board in the province (if the project is in the industrial area).
- Step 4: Organizations and individuals come to the receiving-and-result-returning Division, Department of Natural Resources and Environment to get the results dealt with as prescribed.
4.2. How

a. A proposal document requesting to confirm the simple environment protection project registration followed the sample prescribed at Appendix 13 in Circular 26/2015/TT-BTNMT;
b. Three (03) projects to simply protect the environment with the cover, back side cover, structure and content followed the sample prescribed at Appendix 14 in Circular 26/2015/TT-BTNMT;
- Quantity: 01 (set).
4.4. Time limit
- Within a maximum period of 06 working days f-rom the date of receiving the valid files (no counting the time organizations and individuals edit, complete the files).
4.5. Implementing objects: Organizations and individuals related to preparing/ confirming the simple environment protection project
4.6. Implementing authority
        - Authority to confirm: Department of Natural Resources and Environment
4.7. Results: Confirming paper of simple environment protection project
4.8. Fees, duty: N/A
4.9. Name of request sample and declaration sample: 
        - A proposal document requesting for confirming the simple project registration to protect the environment followed the sample prescribed at Appendix 13, Circular 26/2015/TT-BTNMT;
      - The simple project cover, back side cover, structure and content shall follow the samples prescribed at Appendix 14, Circular No. 26/2015/TT-BTNMT

- Decree No. 19/2015/NĐ-CP dated14/02/2015 by the Government prescribing the enforcement of some Articles in Law on environment protection;
- Circular No. 26/2015/TT-BTNMT dated 28/5/2015 by Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment about detailed environment protection project, and simple environment protection project.
- Decision No. 515/2015/QĐ-UBND dated 27/10/2015 by People’s Committee of the province prescribing the order to and procedure of assessing environmental impacts, plans to protect the environment, projects to protect the environment and al-ternatives of environmental remediation in the process of mining in the province area.

1.3. Establishment geographic location
- Describe establishment geographic location: Indicate its location in village and/or commune level and above; in case the establishment is located in concentrated production, business and service areas, clearly indicate area name before the administrative place name; establishment’s coordinate of location controlling points accompanied a map showing these points.
- Describe natural, socio-economic objects probably affected by the establishment.
- Direct to the establishment’s wastewater disc-harging place and guide the accepting source’s water using purpose according to applicable laws (in case there is wastewater).
- Attached map to illustrate establishment geographic location and other surrounding objects as described.
1.4. Establishment’s construction items
- Infrastructure category: traffic way, harbors, contact information, electricity supply, water supply, wastewater/rain-water drainage, other infrastructure (if any);
- Production, business and service serving category: offices, housing, factory housing, storage, material collecting area and other relevant construction items;
- Environment protection category: ordinary solid waste and hazardous waste management (storing, transiting, treating, burial sites); wastewater treatment; emission treatment; noise and vibration control;   erosion, sinking,
