From 8 July 2022 to 7 December 2022, the Management Board of the Improved Land Governance and Database project (VILG project) of Bac Giang province inspected the construction progress of the bidding contracts and collaboration among the contractors, supervision consultant, Divisions of Natural Resources and Environment and land registration offices in the communes and towns in the districts of Luc Nam, Lang Giang, Yen The, Tan Yen and Viet Yen.
Building land database is a key task paid special attention by the provncial Party Committee, People’s Committee and Chairperson of the provincial People’s Committee in the cause of digital transformation and constructing digital government of the Natural Resources and Environment Sector particularly and Bac Giang province generally. In each district participating in the VILG project, the inspection delegation checked upon and evaluated the project progress and collaboration in building database and implementing public consultancy activities.

On behalf of the inspection delegation, Mr. Luong Van Nghiep, Vice Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmnet of Bac Giang province and Vice Director of the Management Board of VILG project, head of the delegation requested the districts, constructors, supervision consultants in construction inspection and land registration offices of the districts to strengthen collaboration with the localities to promptly complete the items on schedule. Besides, they were urged to pay high concentration and reinforce resources to surmount difficulties and obstacles during implementation of the project while recommending timely measures and detailed construction plans in coming time.
